We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - Children & Families Team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, ensuring they receive the support and care they need to thrive.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Providing direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in children's social work, particularly in a statutory setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with families.
