Join our dedicated Assessment Team in North Lincolnshire as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Adult Services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans in accordance with legislation and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Engaging with service users, families, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and care planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
