We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Trafford - QSW - Cared for Children team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and safeguarding children who are in care, ensuring their well-being and promoting positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to provide holistic support

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification
  • Registered with Social Work England
