We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - MASH Team in Newham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in the borough.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and investigations into child protection concerns Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Developing and implementing care plans for children in need of support Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within Children's Services Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and child protection procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
