We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Care Team in Rochdale. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in need of support and intervention.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults in line with relevant legislation and policies Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for service users Providing advocacy and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

The essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable adults in a social care setting Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders

Additional requirements for this position:
