We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks faced by vulnerable adults. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and other professionals. Providing support and guidance to individuals to empower them to make informed decisions about their lives. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences to ensure comprehensive care coordination. Working within legal frameworks and policies to ensure the safety and protection of vulnerable adults.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding, assessment, and care planning within a social work setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with service users, families, and colleagues. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to assess complex situations and risks. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
