We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Hospital & Community Team in Portsmouth. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in both hospital and community settings.

Key responsibilities and duties:
