We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Conwy MASH Team. As part of this dynamic and supportive team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and families in the Conwy area.

Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:

  • Undertaking assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks faced by children and families.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals.
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide coordinated support and interventions.
  • Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other statutory processes as required.

The essential qualifications and skills for this position are:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with service users and professionals effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage a complex caseload, and make timely decisions.
