We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Adults Social Care team in Reading, offering a competitive rate of £38 per hour. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of key duties including:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social care, particularly in assessment and care planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
