The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in fostering or child protection services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
