We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children’s Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to join our dynamic Qualified Social Work team. In this pivotal role, you will advocate for the rights and needs of children in care, ensuring their voices are heard and considered in all decision-making processes. You will work closely with social workers, children, and families to facilitate reviews and monitor care plans, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular reviews of children’s care plans and making recommendations to improve their welfare and outcomes.
