Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and goals. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Providing therapeutic interventions to improve clients' daily living skills, mobility, and overall functioning. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to support clients' holistic care. Monitoring and documenting clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of adult rehabilitation practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
