We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Together for Families Team in Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs and risks of children and families to develop effective intervention plans. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the welfare and safety of children. Essential qualifications and skills:
