The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in a children’s social work environment, particularly in child protection.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
