We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Oxfordshire. This role is vital in supporting adults with varying needs to achieve their maximum potential and enhance their quality of life. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation to facilitate independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Developing personalized intervention plans aimed at improving daily living skills.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborating with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitoring and evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in adult social work or occupational therapy, preferably within a community setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Additional requirements include a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between client locations.
