The London Borough of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults experiencing mental health challenges. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about promoting wellbeing and fostering independence within our community.

As a Qualified Social Worker in our Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and intervention, ensuring the highest standards of practice. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community organizations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legislative and organizational requirements.

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to person-centered practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
