We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children’s TM - Family Help Team in Luton. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England (or equivalent regulatory body).
  • Proven experience in child protection and family support work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
