The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within children's services, particularly in a locality team setting.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multi-agency partners.
