Children's SW - CWD Team - Barnet

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children with disabilities and their families.
- Providing direct support and guidance to families, helping them navigate available resources and services.
- Collaborating with educational, health, and social care professionals to create a holistic support network.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
