Are you a dedicated and compassionate social worker looking to make a significant impact in the lives of adults? The Redbridge Safeguarding Team is seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults within our community, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and intervention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks. Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in line with safeguarding policies. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and other agencies to coordinate services. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to individuals in crisis, promoting their rights and independence.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
