  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare.
  • Providing support and guidance to families, promoting positive outcomes for children.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessments and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
