We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our First Response Team in Warrington. This dynamic role is crucial for providing immediate support and intervention to adults in need, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work collaboratively with various agencies and stakeholders to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver timely interventions to vulnerable individuals facing complex challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting thorough assessments of adults in crisis situations. Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Working closely with partner organizations, healthcare providers, and community resources. Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families. Documenting case notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in crisis intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
