We are currently seeking an Adult Social Worker specializing in Safeguarding to join our dynamic team in Swindon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing risks to ensure the safety and well-being of adults at risk, while promoting their rights and independence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of individuals' needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
