Join our dedicated Help & Protection Team in Aylesbury as a Social Worker and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing cases involving children and families in need of support and protection. Your expertise will help guide interventions and ensure the safety and well-being of those in your care.

Key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Monitoring progress and reviewing cases regularly to adapt plans as necessary. Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources. Working closely with partner agencies to promote the welfare of children and ensure effective safeguarding practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Help & Protection Team in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, where you can develop your skills and contribute to the welfare of our community.

As a Social Worker in the Help & Protection Team, your key responsibilities will include:
