  • Providing guidance and support to foster carers and adoptive families.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a looked-after children context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess risk and make sound judgments in challenging situations.
