Walsall - Occupational Therapist - Community Team

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Developing tailored treatment plans and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Providing therapeutic support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in a community setting, preferably with knowledge of diverse client groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care.
