As a Qualified Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of support, ensuring their needs and preferences are prioritized. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for service users, facilitating access to resources and services. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated care. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a community setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
