Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to safeguard children. Collaborating with schools, health services, and other agencies to provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and court proceedings as required.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
