North Lincolnshire - Adults Social Worker - Community Team
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Social Worker to join our Community Team in North Lincolnshire. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
- Proven experience in working with vulnerable adults and a commitment to promoting their rights and well-being.
