We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Community Team in Oxfordshire.   • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults in a social care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
