As a Children's Lead Child Protection Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance child protection services.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding, with a proven track record in managing complex cases. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
