In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.

As a key member of the MASH team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support.
  • Collaborating with partner agencies to gather information and make informed decisions.
  • Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to address identified needs.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions to enhance service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly within a safeguarding context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and families.
  • Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
