Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults within the vibrant community of Lambeth? The Locality Team of the London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a qualified Adult's Social Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while promoting their independence and quality of life.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for individuals, ensuring their voices are heard. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate services and resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with adults in a social work capacity, ideally within a local authority setting. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social care.
