Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of individuals experiencing mental health crises. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans. Providing expert advice and support to families and caregivers. Ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and safeguarding policies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assessments and interventions.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized qualification in mental health nursing, social work, or occupational therapy. Current registration with the relevant professional body (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent). Demonstrated experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
