We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Cardiff, specializing in Adult Services. This role offers a competitive rate of £39.96 per hour and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Assessing the needs of adults requiring social care support and developing care plans

Essential qualifications and skills:
