We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Wolverhampton as part of the Adult MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) service. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the well-being of vulnerable adults in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks of vulnerable adults
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and partner agencies
  • Participating in MASH meetings to share information and coordinate responses to safeguarding concerns
  • Providing support and guidance to individuals and families to enhance their quality of life

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration
  • Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable adults in a social care setting
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify risks and develop appropriate interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with service users, families, and partner agencies
