As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and circumstances.
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and advocacy to empower clients and promote their independence.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
