  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in fostering or adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a varied caseload effectively.
