  • Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster placements to promote stability and positive development.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in fostering or adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in safeguarding and child welfare.
