Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families? The East Riding of Yorkshire is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Children in Need/Child Protection (CIN/CP) Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with children, families, and multi-agency partners to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans to support children at risk. Working closely with families to promote positive change and provide support. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences. Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Social Work Degree, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a CIN/CP context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a complex caseload.
