As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs and circumstances of children and families through comprehensive evaluations. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Conducting regular visits to children in care to monitor their progress and well-being. Working closely with external agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local authority policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a caseload effectively.
