Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Children in Need (CIN) Team in Oxfordshire, where your expertise can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to provide high-quality support and intervention to vulnerable children and young people. You will work collaboratively with families, multi-agency partners, and other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders. Providing ongoing support and interventions to families, ensuring the best outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working within a children's social work setting, particularly with Children in Need. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
