We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Camden. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality support to adults facing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary care and resources to thrive in their communities. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with service users, families, and various stakeholders to promote wellbeing and recovery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of service users.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in conjunction with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and intervention to individuals experiencing mental health issues.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other social services to coordinate care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
