Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills with a keen understanding of safeguarding policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
