Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and family dynamics. Preparing detailed reports for court, outlining findings and recommendations. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement child protection plans. Engaging with families and children to provide support and guidance throughout the process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England and a valid driving license. Proven experience in child protection and family support within a statutory context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
