To qualify for this role, you must possess:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a children’s social work setting, particularly with children in care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and advocate for children.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in child welfare.
