  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in social work, particularly within learning disabilities or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
