  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Experience in child protection and working with families in a social work setting.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and multi-agency environments.
