The Role

You'll be:
Carrying out Care Act assessments and reviews
Working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Safeguarding and completing Mental Capacity Assessments
Developing care and support plans, including Direct Payments and commissioned services
Collaborating with health professionals, providers, and families to promote independence and wellbeing

What we're looking for:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Experience within learning disabilities services
Skilled in safeguarding, MCA, and outcome-focused practice
Confident managing a varied caseload in a busy environment
