We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) specializing in Mental Health to join our dynamic team in Stockport. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of service users.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree or Diploma in Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in mental health social work or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
