We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Locality Team at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults with complex needs.
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for service users.
  • Providing advocacy and support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Participating in safeguarding investigations and taking appropriate action to protect adults at risk.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification.
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable adults in a social care setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and their families.
