Children's PM - Assessment & Support Team - The Royal Borough of Greenwich

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's PM for our Assessment & Support Team at The Royal Borough of Greenwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and support services for children and families in need within the borough.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks
  • Developing and implementing support plans to address identified needs and promote positive outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support to children and families
  • Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required
  • Ensuring all work is in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Demonstrated experience in working within a children's social care setting
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
